Yes, and it's quite awesome. Personally, I think the Filipino version of the lechon is better than the Hawaiian version where their pork is soft. Filipino version is crunchy. On special events one would buy the roasted whole pig with mouth and everything in tact. The crunchy skin is the favorite and everyone fights for it. Then someone chops it up so everyone can scoop out the meat. I guess it's a liver sauce but it's combined with other spices and it actually doesn't taste like the heavy metallic taste of liver. It's quite sweet and color is on the lighter side.

Here's a fattening snack called chicharong bulaklak. It's pork rhinds. This one in particular "bulaklak" which means flower. The pork rhinds are circular shaped almost like a flower. It's really cut up pork intestines and deep fried. My aunt loves these! /slurp lol

So when you come for the Blizzcon, I can take you to a Filipino restuarant.
